History

Jeremy J. Kox Landscape Architecture, LLC was founded in 2006.  After spending sixteen years in the landscape design/build industry, ten of which were served as a partner in Ground One Enterprises, Inc., Jeremy saw the importance of being able to provide unbiased design services that would concentrate fully on meeting his clients needs.  This independent design approach allows JJKLA, LLC to uphold the highest standards rather than focusing on increasing a companies bottom line.

JJKLA has worked on projects of all sizes for a wide range of clients.  From college campus' master plans to hospital/health care facilities, and from sub-division planning to residential landscape designs, JJKLA has a diverse portfolio and the experience to successfully complete your project on time and on budget.

Over the past twenty-eight years, Jeremy has developed a reputation as one of the leading landscape architects in Northeast Wisconsin.  He is recommended by many architects and building contractors to serve their client's landscape design needs.  As a licensed landscape architect, Jeremy is able to provide state qualifications for all of your landscape projects.  Whether providing a simple project consultation or a full design development package, JJKLA, LLC is ready to meet all of your landscape needs.

In addition, because of his reputation and qualifications, Jeremy has served as the Landscape Design Instructor for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) since 2003.  Jeremy takes great pride in being able to help improve the quality of design in Northeast Wisconsin and train the future design leaders of the industry.

Goals

JJKLA plans to continue to provide Jeremy's signature high quality, innovative designs and customer service based project management for the architectural/construction profession and discerning residential clients.  JJKLA currently designs using only the time proven "old-school" method of pen and vellum (paper), plans are in the works to "upgrade" to a high-quality CAD program.  Although loss of quality appearance remains a concern, new CAD programs that have become available should ensure minimal or no loss of quality.  Time will tell.  Until the "change," clients will continue to enjoy JJKLA's proven artistic design style.

Future Growth

As we continue to refine our process and maximize customer service, JJKLA will be expanding into new regions of the country.  With works completed in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Montana, and Florida, plans are in the works to create a mobile design studio to service our clientele in areas outside of our traditional reach.
